Frequently Asked Questions

Facility: We operate out of the Norwell District Secondary School, EC Grey Centre. Corner of Main & Cumberland St.

Class times: Ages 4-10 will practice Monday or Wednesday 6:00-7:15 pm

                          Ages 11+ will practice Monday or Wednesday 7:15 -9:00 pm
**Depending on level achieved and space 8-10 year olds may be considered for either time**

Session: We will start mid September and operate until the end of April .

Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled due to weather or if the school is not available. Parents and gymnasts will be informed by phone or newsletter. All changes will be posted on our and on our Facebook page. It is not always possible to make up these cancelled days due to the facility availability.

Spectators: For safety reasons we request that all spectators remain in the stands and not wander about the gym or school. Younger sibling must be supervised at all times. Parents can leave but please ensure your emergency contact is up to date.

Fees: Cheques should be made out to Norwell Cobras Gymnastics Club.

Payment can be made in cash or by cheque.

Fees can also be made in three payments, dated April, June and Aug.

All payments must be received before Sept 1st.

Breakdown: Club registratio $165.00

                        GO Registration $ 30.00

                        Fundraising Fee $30.00

                        Mini Meet Fee $25.00

                        Total  $250.00

There is a discount for additional children or attending both nights, see chart below.

Registration Info:All forms and payment are required to be guaranteed a space. Registration received after Aug 15thwill be put on a waiting list and if space is available we will contact you.  You will receive a confirmation only if you are accepted.There will be a $30.00 service charge for all returned cheques.

Fundraising Information: We will be having gym suits and/or shorts available again this September. There will be size samples at gymnastics the first 2 weeks. Payment is due at time of order, suits $20.00 and shorts $10.00. Half of the proceeds go to our club. Orders will be in by mid October. At our

Mini Meet we will be doing the airplane toss to raise funds, more information closer to the time..
